Abstract
The experience in the construction of Chilean Nursing has been a temporal engine part, experiential in the nurse training in a continuous non-linear learning set between mentor and learner, in roles of dynamic relationships, a crossed mentoring that constitute mutual learning in holistic knowledge (disciplines, interdisciplinary, personal, theorist, medics, and others) needed to integrate into the Nursing labor.
